Terri Lynn Brown's Obituary
Terri Lynn Brown (née Reeves), 64, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on February 20, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on June 10, 1960, in Corpus Christi, Texas, Terri was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth, humor, and unwavering spirit left an unforgettable mark on those who knew her.
Terri was the beloved daughter of Phyllis and the late Jerry Reeves. She was a proud graduate of Broken Arrow High School and went on to build a career in shipping, receiving, and office management. No task was too big for her-she tackled every challenge with determination and resilience.
A fiercely independent woman, Terri was known for her stubborn but loving nature, always giving her all to the people and things she cared about. She had a sharp sense of humor and a knack for making those around her feel at home. Whether she was crafting, traveling with her husband Kevin, her sister Pam, and her mother Phyllis, or simply enjoying time with her family, she embraced life with passion and joy.
Of all her roles, being a grandmother was her greatest pride and joy. Her grandchildren always knew that Grandma's house meant love, laughter, and-without fail-a sweet treat waiting just for them.
Terri is survived by her loving husband, Kevin Brown; her children, Amanda Coyle (Byron), Amy Garcia, Lindsey Perry (Kasey), Christopher Scott (Jennifer), Ryan Scott (Heather), Kristin Baker (Travis), and Kevin Lusher (Kendall); as well as Cassie Hamilton, Tasha Cauldwell, and Aiyana Jospeh, who held a special place in her heart. She leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Brandon Inasy (Faith), Nicholas Coyle, Logan Carlson (Nick), Lucas Cason, McKenzie Jameson (Josh), Nova Garcia, Elin Williams, Katherine Garcia, Grant Perry, Samantha Perry, Finley Scott, Lillyan Scott, Jordan Scott, Ryan Scott Jr., and Adilynn Lusher; and her adored great-grandchildren, A'mauri Ru Harris, Lainey Jameson, and Ezra Jameson. She is also survived by her mother, Phyllis Reeves; her sister, Pam Martin (Mike); her sister-in-law, Cindy Reeves; and many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Reeves; her siblings, Michael Reeves and Patti Wilson (Charles).
Terri's life was a testament to love, strength, and family. While her physical presence will be deeply missed, her spirit and the memories she created will live on forever.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held 1 PM Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Trinity Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to Clarehouse.
