Ruth Ann Bilder's Obituary
Ruth Ann Bilder was born December 24, 1968 in Tulsa to Frank and Jayne Osgood. She died peacefully on Wednesday March 11th at Clarehouse in Tulsa.
She was raised in Claremore, graduating from Green Country Christian Academy in 1987 as Valedictorian of her class. She later received a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Through her adult life, she managed a bookstore, therapeutic massage clinic, and for the last nine years Ruth was a human resources manager and labor relations negotiator for Indian Health Services.
Ruth loved her family, and they always came first. She is survived by her husband Neale Pashley, five children, Max, John, Skye, Emily, and Griffin; her mother, Jayne Osgood, three sisters, Amy (William) Kinser, Sarah (Glenn) Williams, and Mary (Heath) Sanders, and several other relatives. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank.
A celebration will be held at Rivercrest Chapel and Event Center, 13329 S. Memorial Drive in Bixby from 5:30 PM-7:30 PM on Sunday, March 22, 2026. If able to attend, please dress casually, enjoy light food, and help us celebrate Ruth's life. Ruth's family strongly suggests memorial contributions to Clarehouse, 7617 S.
