It's hard to articulate what Kurt meant to so many of us at Reasors- Starbucks. There was never a dull moment. He entertained us with so many stories of the things that happened to him and Georgann while on assignment with God's Pit Crew. The team tore down and cleaned up after tornadoes and disasters. Some of his hunting trips stories such as the time he went prairie dog hunting and accidentally shot a hole in the hood of his new Ford truck. We marveled that he lived as long as he did considering all the close calls he had on the skid steer. I accompanied him on several trips to Sand Springs to secure bleachers for the annual Rotary BBQ's festival. When I first met him, I found him a little rough around the edges until he shared with me meeting Georgann. He said that he had to get right with Jesus in order to convince Georgann to marry him. He didn't brag about what he did for the Lord. He just served him by example serving on God's Pit Crew. He will surely be missed. - Your Friend, Jack Selby
