Mama was the best mom and Grammy that ever was! Even when she was sick, she gave all she had to make the best memories for my five children. My husband Eashay, who had a very special bond with my Mama for 16 years, our five children and I are so grateful to Mama and Brent for all of the magical holiday memories.
When I was little, I remember talking Aunt Cathey’s ear off for SO long about some chapter book I was reading. I remember her patiently & intently listening. It stuck with me all these years (probably 20!) because of how heard & seen she made me feel
I just loved being around Cathey. She always made me feel like a part of the family. Her laugh was contagious. She will truly be missed. Sending all the good vibes, love, hugs, & prayers to her cherished family.
She always had a smile on her face so loving and caring had a warm spirit. We will talk for hours and hug for days. I’m just gonna miss her so much.

Aunt Cathy was the best aunt a niece could ever ask for. She was always so bright and cheerful and always so excited to spread and share her love with me and my family. Always quick with a compliment and never once have I ever heard her complain. I always admired her strength, and the ability to express her pure joy no matter the circumstance. I believe that was a true testament to her relationship with Christ. I love her and will miss her dearly.
I pray thankfulness for the time we got to share not only at my wedding but throughout my childhood as well. I love this family so greatly. Rest In Peace Aunt Cathy.
