Wade Taylor Ingram's Obituary
Wade Taylor Ingram, 57, of Tulsa, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2025, at Saint Francis Hospital.
Born on July 17, 1967, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Wade was the beloved son of Jerry Paul and Ella Elizabeth (Penney) Ingram. A man of quiet faith, Wade was raised in the Gracemont Baptist Church, where he developed the strong moral values that guided him throughout his life.
Wade was a proud graduate of Union High School, Class of 1986. Shortly before graduation, at the age of 17, he began what would become a lifelong career as a skilled concrete craftsman with Roy McCullough. His dedication to his craft and strong work ethic earned him respect throughout the industry until his retirement in 2023, when he devoted himself to caring for his mother.
Those who knew Wade would describe him as a calm, quiet, and loving man. His passions in life were simple but deeply cherished: he enjoyed nothing more than taking his MG convertible for drives with his faithful dog, Lady, by his side, and relaxing afterward with a cold beer among friends.
Wade is survived by his best friends, David Abernathy and his wife, Debbie, Rob Renfro, and Daniel Fream; his brother, Warren Ingram of Alabama; his aunt, Libby Ingram of Little Rock; his cousins, Paul Hickerson of Fayetteville, and Harriet Brock of Sheridan, AR; and his 102-year-old grandmother, Marion Penney of Newfoundland.
Wade was preceded in death by his parents.
Per Wade's wishes, service arrangements will be private.
