Troy Scott Berry was born December 18, 1968 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Charles Roy Berry and Tommy Sue (Walker) Berry. Troy spent his childhood in the Tulsa area. His family moved to Collinsville for a short while where he graduated from Collinsville High School. Upon graduation, Troy learned to weld and began a 17-year career as a welder for Cooling Products. He was currently employed by C and C Services, a commercial cleaning company. Troy was a very good handyman; having more projects than time to complete. He was always glad to lend a helping hand to a friend. Troy was a people person and was liked by everyone- which was obvious by the number of friends he had. For fun, Troy enjoyed bowling, playing pool and watching his beloved Chiefs play football. In his younger days, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Troy has been described as loyal, humorous and loving. He will be greatly missed. Troy passed away November 26, 2018 at the age of 49.Family members he leaves to cherish his memory include: his daughter, Gentry Berry and husband, Josh; grandchildren, Holland Renae and Michael Franklin; Josh, step-grandchildren, Jaxson and Keeley; father, Charles "Chuck" Berry and wife, Carol; step-father, Harry Buchfink; sister and best friend, Kelly Berry; step-sister, Stephanie Sharp Loftus and step-brothers, Patrick Sharp, Kyle Buchfink and Bryan Buchfink. Along with a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Jeffery "Jeff" Berry and mother, Tommy Sue Buchfink. A Celebration to remember and honor the life of Troy Berry will be 2:00 pm Friday, November 30 at New Haven United Methodist Church, Tulsa.Service New Haven United Methodist Church 5603 S.
