Trey Hailey Jones, a beloved husband, devoted father, cherished son, and esteemedmember of the community, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, surrounded byhis loving family. He was 26 years old.Born on June 27, 1997, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Trey was the cherished son of David Jones and Stephanie (Lykins). He resided with Richard and Fran Bryan as he spent hisformative years in Bixby, where he completed 8th grade at Twin Hills, a place heconsidered home, just south of Bixby. Trey was deeply loved and cared for by his auntand uncle, Josh and Beth Jones; and adored by his close- knit extended family Jeremyand Amy Lykins, Andrew, Andrea, Brittany, Jess, and Tucker and many more.Trey graduated from Union High School in 2015, where he fostered his passion forbasketball, a sport he absolutely loved. Following his graduation, he enlisted in the USArmy, serving as an 88 Mike, and dedicated four honorable years to his country,earning numerous badges and awards during his time of service. Trey was honorablydischarged as a Specialist, a testament to his commitment and dedication to his duties.In 2013, Trey met the love of his life, Baylee, and their bond only grew stronger over theyears. They officially married in 2021, and their union blessed them with two beautifulchildren, Leela and Ari, who were his pride and joy. Trey adored his family andcherished every moment spent with them. He was a wonderful husband and anawesome father who loved with his entire heart.Trey was a man of many passions. He was an avid fan of the LA Lakers and enjoyedtraveling. He was known for his kindness, and passion towards what he loved andalways willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Trey had a particular fondnessfor steaks at Texas Roadhouse and enjoyed spending quality time with his family andfriends. His yellow Labrador, Pac, held a special place in his heart.After his military service, Trey pursued his passion for barbering and completed histraining at Clary Sage College in Tulsa, becoming a certified barber. He found fulfillment in his work at Men's Groom Room, where he was admired for his skill and professionalism.Trey will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his wife, Baylee; his children,Leela and Ari; his sisters, Tara, Brianna, and Peyton; his brothers, Eli, Jax, Aeydan,Dakota, Brody, Matthew, Chad and Levi; and family he considered brothers, Toland and Eric.He is preceded in death by Eugene and Goldie Lykins, Stephanie Lykins, and RonnieLykins.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Twin Hills Cafe at 18902 Hwy 16,Okmulgee, OK 74447, in care of Fran Bryan.Trey's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace in the presence of the Lord.
