Tracy Gail Chaffee's Obituary
Tracy Gail Chaffee, 63, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025, at her residence in Bixby, Oklahoma.
Born on November 1, 1961, in Richmond, California, Tracy was the beloved daughter of Gwendolyn (Sparks) Fagan. She received her education in Richmond, attending Ernie Pyle Elementary and Jones and Eufaula Junior High schools before earning her high school diploma from Carson City High School.
Tracy found her life partner in Nancy Brown, whom she met 25 years ago. The couple celebrated August 21, 2000 as their anniversary date. Their enduring love and companionship brought joy and stability to both their lives.
A woman of varied interests and passions, Tracy found great pleasure in playing video games, gardening, and maintaining her beautiful lawn. She was a devoted sports fan, cheering enthusiastically for the Oakland Raiders and the Oklahoma Sooners. Those who knew Tracy remember her as funny and wonderfully goofy, often seen wearing her collection of whimsical hats that perfectly reflected her playful spirit.
Tracy was truly a big kid at heart, and Disney World held a special place in her affections as her favorite destination on earth. Her childlike wonder and enthusiasm for life's simple pleasures brought smiles to all who knew her.
She is survived by her devoted partner, Nancy Brown; her sister, Donna; brothers Ronnie and Ray; niece Ashley; and two cherished grandchildren, DeAndre Brown and DeShawn Brown.
Services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bixby-South Tulsa Funeral Service & Crematory.
Tracy's memory will be treasured by all who were blessed to know her infectious laughter, generous spirit, and unwavering love for family and friends.
