I remember Dr Violett from my training and employment at St Anthony Hospital in OKC. He honored me by purchasing one of my oil paintings, as he was an art collector. May he rest in eternal peace, Amen.
A man i greatly respected & admired. I was his student at St.Anthony. Treasured his work in blood banking & his support of OBI. He always stood for right! HI s medical knowledge was much appreciated at LifeShare OK. A true loss for the Oklahoma medical community. Sending much love to his beautiful wife and family.
Dr Violet was a good man. He was the one who took a chance on hiring me in1968. I knew very little about those horrible words you you cannot pronounce. He was a funny little fellow who could make you laugh at a moment’s notice. The best moment was a Saturday and we were working at Saints. It was a nasty sleet/snowy day and out of the blue he offered tickets to the OU game which I accepted. This was exceptional thought for him to do. I will never forget freezing my arse off for a football game. May God bless you and your family in this difficult time.God please take this wonderful man into your arms taking away all suffering and pain.
