Tammy Mansfield, a compassionate soul with a heart full of kindness, departed from this world on February 18, 2024, at her Tulsa residence. A funeral ceremony commemorating her life will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Leonard First Baptist Church, with interment to follow at Bixby Cemetery.Raised by Ray and Sandra Marguerite Lofton, Tammy grew up in the tight-knit community of Leonard, Oklahoma, where her parents instilled in her the values of love, kindness, and a strong work ethic. Tammy was raised in the Baptist Church in Leonard.Tammy was a wonderful child, always willing to lend a helping hand, a trait she inherited from her loving mother. She attended school at both Leonard and Bixby, where she developed a passion for basketball. Her love for the sport continued throughout her life.A dedicated worker, Tammy was appreciated in every job she undertook. Her commitment and positive attitude left a lasting impression on those around her. She held several jobs over the years, contributing her skills and warm spirit to each endeavor.Tammy had a deep appreciation for the great outdoors, finding solace and joy in the mountains and lakes. Her love for nature and adventure led her to explore various landscapes and create cherished memories along the way. She had a special affinity for traveling and embraced the beauty of the world.Tammy is survived by her loving parents, Ray and Sandra Marguerite Lofton, and her brother, Adam Lofton, and his wife, Sandra. She was preceded in death by her brother, Randy. Tammy leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and a dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those she encountered.As we gather to celebrate Tammy's life, let us remember her warm smile, generous spirit, and the love she shared with family and friends. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the beauty she cherished in life.
