Silas lived a life of Fierce Love. God gave him the parents and family he needed. His impact in this earth is far greater than we could ever understand on this side of Heaven. Silas was truly a gift of love. His life transformed the lives of two young 19 year old parents. Their lives became truly one one of devotion to their precious son. Sleepless nights and tiring days became their way of life as they fought to give Silas the very best that was in them. They succeeded. Silas was truly a miracle to all who were blessed to love him. What a blessing to see the outpouring of love when it is so needed. Silas, rest in the arms of Jesus.
Rest In Sweet Peace my little warrior. You have taught me to never give up and to keep fighting. I loved seeing pictures of your progress, when you were happy or mad. I am thankful to your parents for sharing you with me even though I live a long ways away. You will be forever in my heart. I love you Silas.
Silas will always be an Inspiration to Me and Larry, He touched the hearts of my daughter and grandkids. We have all learned something from Silas's presence. Thank you to the Long, Tiger, Hennahas for sharing Silas Journey. I will always remember the times when he would recognize our voices. The little Art pictures he did at school. The things that Channenna taught him. Channenna, you and Ethan are Awesome Parents, the Love, and Patience you gave to Silas. May God give you both Peace In this most Difficult time.
