Sidney Te Fuller's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Sidney Te Fuller
August 26, 2006 - May 21, 2025
It is with broken hearts and immeasurable love that we share the passing of our beautiful girl, Sidney Te Fuller. Born on August 26, 2006, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Bradley James and Lisa Marie (Curtiss) Fuller, Sidney lived her 18 years with more joy, purpose, and love than many experience in a lifetime.
Sidney never met a stranger. Her radiant joy and enormous heart left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered, whether in a fleeting moment or a lifelong friendship. She had a rare gift: the ability to truly see people, to make them feel known and loved. Time and again, in the many stories shared with us, the same themes appear: Sidney's kindness, her joy, and her open-hearted spirit.
A 2024 graduate of Classical Conversations, Sidney previously attended Bixby Public Schools through her freshman year. During her school years, she embraced a wide range of interests, playing lacrosse, skeet shooting, and performing in community theater. She was also musically gifted, playing piano, violin, and ukulele. Sidney often shared her musical talents with her church family at South Tulsa Baptist Church, where she was a devoted member of the youth worship team, choir, and the Fresh Four a cappella group. Her faith was active and alive-she also served in youth ministry and participated in mission work, always offering her heart and hands in service to others.
Sidney lived and loved fully. To her friends, she was like family, joining them in vacations, celebrations, and the everyday moments that mattered. She adored animals, cherished her family and friendships deeply, and recently discovered new joy as a member of the motorcycle community.
Professionally, Sidney was a beloved part of the Scheels team, where she operated the Ferris wheel with infectious enthusiasm, bringing smiles and laughter to countless guests. Even if you didn't know her name, chances are you crossed paths with her light.
At just 16, Sidney sat in our kitchen and spoke about becoming an organ donor. With her characteristic clarity and compassion, she said, "I would totally love to do that! I won't need my body anymore, and I'd LOVE to help others." She said it with peace, because she knew she would be with Jesus.
True to her word, Sidney's final act on this earth was one of profound love. Because of her selfless decision, six lives were saved through her organ donation. Her heart went to a 17 year-old, her lungs to a 24-year-old, her liver to two 10-month-old babies, and her kidneys to a 7-year-old and a 48-year-old.
Sidney brought people together in life, and even in her passing, her spirit continues to unite and inspire us.
She is survived by her parents, Brad and Lisa; her brother, Andrew; Aunt Laura and Uncle Doug; cousins Natalie and Ainsley; Grandpa Jeff Curtiss and Grandma Denise Curtiss; Grandpa Earl Fuller and Grandma Verna Fuller; Aunt Jessica, Uncle Clayton, and Cousin Dylan, along with a loving extended family, a wide circle of friends, and a community forever changed by having known her.
A service to celebrate Sidney's life will be held at South Tulsa Baptist Church on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to consider registering as an organ donor or making a donation in Sidney's name to The Ministry Center.
Our sweet girl lived big, loved well, and leaves behind a legacy of joy, kindness, and radiant light that will never be forgotten.
