Shelly went to be with the Lord on December 12, 2023. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 22, 1967.
Shelly is survived by three children: Brandi Hudgins, Sherry Cook and Curtis Cook. She had eight grandchildren: Coltin, Alizabeth, Blaze, Kiley, Nevaeh, Tyson, Chloe, and Xavier.
She is also survived by: her father and step-mother, Ray and Shirley Walters; brother and sister-in-law, Stan and Vera Walters; sister and brother-in-law, Robin and Joe Webster; sister and brother-in-law, Holli and Mark Moore along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Anderson; grandparents: Charley and Rose Walters and Dorothy Evans.
