Sandra Darlene Killian's Obituary
Sandra was born on Wednesday, September 12, 1934, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and passed peacefully from this life to her eternal home in heaven on Monday, September 22, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her father Clarence Fruit (Daddy-o), mother Neva Rae Fruit (Phoebe) and younger sister Janice "Jan" Comeaux.
After graduating from Capitol Hill High School, Sandra worked at Southwestern Bell for over 15 years.
Sandra married Warren Killian and loved spending time at their lake house in the summer on Grand Lake and spending winters in South Texas while she enjoyed playing the piano and organizing activities. Her life was characterized by one of service to others. She volunteered for many years as pianist at Grove First Baptist church and at Grove Hospital. In 2020, she moved to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to be closer to her daughter, Meladee.
Sandra was deeply loved and will be missed.
She is survived by son, Mel D. Freese and his wife Brenda of Mustang; Grandchildren Mel B. Freese and Stephanie of Oklahoma City, and Marissa Mount and Anthony of Mustang; and three great grandchildren River, Trip, and Kaylee.
Daughter Meladee Neal and her husband Mark of Broken Arrow; Grandchildren Ryne Hammons and his wife Lauren of Highlands, Colorado and four great grandchildren Quinn, Conrad, Ivy, and George.
Sandra was blessed with many other extended family
