I met Ronnie in 2004. I was an hourly employee. Ronnie was the first leader that fully believed in me. I simply would not be who I am today without Ronnie’s leadership and friendship.
I was lucky enough to be a part of two of his teams. Traveling with Ronnie made work seem like fun. He worked hard and relaxed when the day was done with his teams. He taught me so many things that I still leverage in my life today.
Ronnie and I shared losing a loved one to unfortunate circumstances. He rarely talked about it, but he helped me work through my grief in his caring, kind and loving way. I’ll never forget the long nights with him, talking about anything and everything.
Ronnie will be missed. My condolences to his family and those that knew him.
It’s hard to find the right words for someone who meant so much, both as a friend and a coworker. We shared countless days side by side; through busy moments, challenges, and the kind of laughter that made even the hardest days easier.
You weren’t just someone I worked with;you were someone I trusted, respected, and genuinely cared about. Your kindness, your sense of humor, and your steady presence made a lasting impact on everyone around you, especially me.
I’ll always be grateful for the memories we made and the friendship we built. You’ll be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Rest easy, my friend.
Ronnie was my friend. Anyone that can say that, understood the joy that came with his friendship. He was the beaming light in every room that he entered.
Laughing out loud was common anytime you were with Ronnie.
He was smart, kind, generous and always found a way to make others feel welcome.
Ronnie enriched so many lives both personally and professionally.
He was truly a great human being.
My most sincere condolences to the Hill family.
I worked with Ronnie for many years. Most notably, he promoted me into my first “big” job when I was in my 20s. He took a chance on me, and it quite literally changed my life in so many ways. I will forever be grateful for that.
But Ronnie was so much more than “just a boss.” He was a coach, a mentor, and a friend. Working for him, and alongside the team he built, were some of the best times of my professional life. Many of the people from that team I am still close with today, and we have Ronnie to thank for that.
He helped me navigate several difficult situations, offered endless counsel, and was always just a phone call away when we needed him. He was real, he was present, and he was an ally.
Ronnie left a lasting impact on so many. I am grateful to have had him in my life. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. He will be missed by many, and we are all part of his legacy.

The Ronnie Hill I remember is from college and our days at Northeastern State. He was the tennis star, roommate to my college boyfriend Jeff, and "the really cute guy" on campus. I had sorority sisters and friends who all thought he was hot. I remember when Ronnie met Laci and fell in love. Those same friends were so sad he was off the market! I have Ronnie and Jeff to thank for my love of all Rush music!
He was larger than life - the life of the party - but just as likely to be off in a room having a heart-to-heart with Tammy Behrens. We didn't really see each other school but reconnected at Tammy's funeral.
My condolences to his family, especially his children. His memory will live on all of us.
