Ray Edward Owens, II's Obituary
Ray Edward Owens II of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 29, 2025, at the age of 79.
Ray was born on October 6, 1946, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, biking, hiking, wrestling, OU football, and thrift store shopping. He was a Christian who loved the Lord and led his family to do the same. He also served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Ray is survived by his wife, Ronda Owens; daughter, Kelli Palmer and husband Scott; son, Keith Owens and wife Melissa; son-in-law, Greg Criser and wife Elizabeth; sister, Karen Watts; step-daughter, Alicia Watkins; and step-son, Jason Watkins and wife Rhonda. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Nick Criser and wife Lauren, Macy Ward and husband Dylan, Ashton Palmer and wife Allie, Lydia Criser, Kylar Owens and wife Grace, Jenny Owens, Madelyn Price, Andrew Price, Kyleigh Watkins, Kellen Watkins, Robert Brown IV, Josh Tooley, Bailey Duke, Lane Watkins, and eleven great-grandchildren.
Ray is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Mary Owens; daughter, Jodi Owens; brother, Sam Owens; granddaughter, Kadence Brown; and brother-in-law, Carroll Watts.
