Lord am I going to miss you. Your laugh, your blogs on fbyour dinner menu! I will miss most the stories of the kids, especially Abbigail, since she is the youngest. You were such a dear friend. The first one to lend an ear or give a hug when needed. I hope Heaven doesnt have a register 5. If so, God is going to hear about it. I love and miss you friend. Rest well! Til we meet again. Phyllis is that rare wise person one meets only a few times in one's life. I admired Phyllis' personality, honesty, work ethic, family devotion, compassion, optimism & cheerfulness. I envied her domestic abilities & her actual love for cooking, cleaning & organizing. She cleaned my home for quite some time & it was so uplifting coming home to a clean & organized house. I enjoyed Phyllis' sense of humor & she often found laughter in life's ordinary situations. I enjoyed sharing life stories with her & it was obvious how much she loved her family. One thing for certain, don't mistreat her kids or she would turn into a Mama Bear. She fiercely loved each one. I think most people would agree that this world is a much better place because of her contributions.to it. I will miss you, Phyllis.
Phyllis was a very special friend. I worked with her at the Coweta WalMart. I always looked forward to seeing her. She always, always, always had a smile on her face. We spoke at least 4 times a week, whether at work or on the phone. She shared her life stories with me and was always bragging on her family. She was truly devoted to those that she loved. She will be missed more than words can every say. My heart hurts for her family, and I pray comfort for them during this transition without her.
Phyliss was a amazing women. I will miss your smiling face and laughter. It was hard to walk into Walmart knowing you wouldnt be there. My heart breaks for the family may God wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you. We will see you again in heaven.
Phyllis was like a mom to me i went to school and daycare with her son calvin we still talk and have been since day one she is always be a mom to me and will always be missed
Ive known Phyllis since I was a little girl. She was a wonderful lady! We reconnected through Facebook. When my father was very ill, she would txt me everyday checking on him. She sent him cards in the mail and would pray for him and our family. She was so kind like that. I loved her Facebook. She was always doing something. She was always cooking and cleaning. Whenever I would feel lazy and need some inspiration to get back up and be productive all I would do is look at her page and see how productive she was and it would encourage me. Lol. My family and I will miss her. Prayers for the family.
To the Mulkey family, I will miss my best friend, as much as you will miss your mom and wife, Phyllis was one of kind if her house wasn't white, glove tested it was dirty, if those clothes weren't starch they wasn't worth wearing, and I could go on and on, we never know when our time comes to be with Jesus, and never thought it would be this soon, for her, there's nothing I can say to make it better or go away, but the family will always have memories of having her around, she will now be making those big dinners in heaven for everyone there. My condolences are with you guys, and Abbigail always always keep her in your heart she will be watching you through that shining star up above ..I could say so much more but it would take a whole page up, but please know my husband and I thought very HIGHLY of your mother. We met Phyliss when she first moved to Bixby with her daughter thru the Bixby Freewill Baptist Church. My father in-law, John Nimmo drove the Church bus and they rode the bus. Lots of funny stories. Phyliss was always very sweet and sincere. We will all miss her.
Phyllis you were a second mom to me wannette was the first friend I met when we moved to bixby in 85 we have talked several times over the years when I was having a rough time I knew talking to you would help I remember all your pranks you would pull on us kids lol I love and miss you
