My wife Nancy and I only met Paul and Elane shortly before Paul's passing. I had the privilege of one last meeting before he went home. We found ourselves immediately impressed with the awareness that we were in the presence of a couple of spiritual depth and character maturity. Paul greeted me with a generous warmth and upon our parting made it a point to make sure that I was appreciated. Having now viewed the service, I realize more fully how blessed we were to have been afforded this brief meeting with a man uniquely used of God, a true Barnabas (son of consolation and encouragement). Our prayers will continue for Elane and the entire family. We offer our sincere condolences.
I remember Paul as a very kind person. He was one of the kindest boys in Clayton. I remember him with his big beautiful smile. His wife Elaine was also sweet girl. My prayers for his family.
