Patricia Rose "Pat" (Ebben) Duhnke, 88, passed away on December 21, 2023, in Tulsa, OK. She moved to her heavenly home surrounded by her loving family.
Pat was born June 29, 1935, in Appleton, WI to Nicholas and Florence (Hughes) Ebben. She was the fifth born of eight children. She married her high school sweetheart Robert E. Duhnke Jr.
She is survived by her 5 children: Kim (Don) Joesten, Lori (Bud) Hughes, Dawn (Steve) Dalton, Robert E. (Kristy) Duhnke III, Mary (René) Michael; 18 beloved grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and siblings Beverly Decker, Nicholas Ebben and Jackie Murphy.
Pat, lovingly known as Paka by her grandchildren, was a devoted mother and grandmother. She had a wonderful way with kids, a witty sense of humor, and was our "anchor" in times of trouble. She was always there for her family. She was a great source of comfort, encouragement and could always be counted on for a good laugh. She had an intuitive way to know when someone was hurting and would readily lend her hands, ears and heart to somehow make everything better. Pat will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
A memorial will be planned at a later date in Washington State.
