The first time I met Noel, I could see how much he loved his children. His girls had him wrapped around their fingers and his eyes were a little brighter when they were in the room. He was the same way with his grandchildren; loved them so much. He also loved his wife, had the best smile when she was next to him. Not all men show the passion that he had for his family and life.
