Aunt Mildred was not my family by blood, but she was more family to me, than many who were. She was warm and loving, kind and generous, supportive and excepting, and always a safe-haven for anyone she met. She loved like Jesus does, and when you were with her, you felt it. I will miss her dearly, but I know that she is with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and I can not wait to see her again in Heaven. Aunt Mildred, thank you for making me feel so loved and so special, and for teaching me how to love others, as Jesus did. I am so grateful that I got to know you, and be blessed by you.
Everyone needs an Aunt Mildred in their life. If she ever had a bad day I never knew it! She had the sweet countenance and aroma of Jesus all over her life. She truly personified the fruits of the spirit. Her and Jerry loved our family unconditionally. Everyone needs an Aunt Mildred!
My sister, Mildred was one of a kind! She was positive, encouraging and the best sister anyone could ask for. I loved her dearly. We were so close. I'll miss you sister.
