Mack Nauman's Obituary
Mack Gordon Nauman was born in Prague, OK on December 13, 1941 to William Otto Nauman and Elsie Kidd Nauman. A graduate of Stroud High School, Mack was a member of the 1958 State Championship team. He then went on to Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's in Business Administration.
Mack worked in computer science and database management for Occidental and Williams. In his free time, he was an avid golfer and bird hunter. He also greatly enjoyed running and training bird dogs. Mack was a man of faith and taught Sunday school for many years. He was a member of South Tulsa Baptist Church.
Mack passed away peacefully in his Tulsa, OK home on the morning of Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 82 years old.
Mack was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Glen Warren Nauman.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Nicole Wright Nauman and three daughters: Wendy (Chris) Thompson, Paige (Joe) Oldham, and Mandy (Kenneth) Fresneda. Mack is also survived by six grandchildren: Joseph and Grace Thompson, Jessie Webb and Emery Oldham, Mackenzie and Megan Fresneda and four great-grandchildren: Samuel, Aubrey, Camari, and Luca.
His funeral will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at South Tulsa Baptist Church on 10310 S Sheridan Road. Mack will be laid to rest at Magnolia Memorial Gardens in Bristow, OK following his funeral.
