Loren Eugene McCaw's Obituary
It is with immense sadness that we announce Loren Eugene McCaw, 69, of Tulsa Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on June 5th.
Loren was known for being incredibly generous with his time and having a soft and loving heart. He served in the Navy from 1972 to 1976, mostly in Guam where his impact on others was profound. He was also an avid Oklahoma Sooner fan, having football season tickets for around 30 years. He was a devoted husband, caring brother, loving father and as of September a grandfather.
Loren is preceded in death by his parents Clinton and Arleta McCaw. He is survived by his wife Christy (Nelson) McCaw; his sisters Lynn Powell, Lanette Terry (Steve), Leta McCaw-Bresnen (Dale) and Dora Parker (Frankie); his son Kevin McCaw (Joanna) and stepson John Nelson; his nieces and nephews Merritte Powell (Hailey), Amanda Parsons, Kyle Terry (Randi) and Kat Smith; his granddaughter Saoirse McCaw.
Service will be held at Rivercrest Cremation 13329 S Memorial Dr, Bixby, OK 74008, on Saturday June 15th at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Oklahoma Parkinson's Alliance or the Porta Caeli House.
