Julie Sue Briggs, 48, passed away on November 17, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born October 20, 1972, in Lincoln, Maine, Julie was the daughter of Kenneth Walter Briggs, Sr. and Dianna Rae (Gary) Briggs. Julie was the baby sister of brother, Kenneth, Jr. and sister, Norma. She was a high school graduate of Memorial High School in Manchester, New Hampshire. Julie and her sister moved to Tulsa approximately 10 years ago and have enjoyed their time here. Activities that Julie liked included coloring, drawing, and simply being around people. She would often say, after meeting new people, "They were so nice!" In return, there is no doubt that others believed the same about Julie as she was certainly a happy person and very friendly!Dunkin' Donuts and Harry Potter were some of Julie's favorite things. There was nothing more important to her, however, than her dog, Dash, and her family. Julie was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by: her brother, Kenneth Briggs, Jr. and wife, Jennifer; sister, Norma Briggs; nieces and nephew: Sara, Emma, Kyra, and Kenneth Briggs.
