JoAnn E Mazak's Obituary
JoAnn E. Mazak passed from this world on July 26, 2024 at Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma from her long time residence in Bixby, Oklahoma. She was born in Wisconsin on July 7, 1937. She had one brother, David Morrison. She married Charles Frank Shrum in 1955. Due to an unfortunate accident, Charles proceeded her to heaven with their youngest son, Kenny Ray Shrum, in November 1963. She later met and married Andrew Paul Mazak in October 1967. They were happily married until his death in May 1992. She is survived by one daughter, Sherril Lee Shrum Spicer, and one son, Charles David Shrum. She had six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and many friends. A service of remembrance will be held at 10:00 a.m., July 30, 2024 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma
