Jill Renee Stinnett

Jill Renee Stinnett, 62, of Tulsa, peacefully passed away on July 19, 2025, at Saint Francis Hospital, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on November 16, 1962, in Tulsa, Jill was the beloved daughter of William "Bill" Jackson and Ann Coraline "PeeWee" Woodson. She was raised in a large, loving Catholic family affiliated with St. Peter and Paul Parish, where she attended school in her early years alongside her two sisters, Sue and Jane. Jill later graduated from Will Rogers High School in Tulsa. Jill's life was filled with joy, laughter, and an infectious energy that touched everyone she met. Through the years, Jill enjoyed bowling and all types of music. She absolutely loved culture. Jill loved life and lived every moment to the fullest. She was even known to be strong-willed and determined. A devoted mother and grandmother, Jill's greatest treasures were her family. She had an extraordinary gift for gift-giving and took immense pleasure in finding the perfect present for those she loved. Her camera was never far from her side, as she lovingly documented every precious moment with her adored grandchildren and family gatherings. Jill's compassionate heart extended to all living creatures, and she was known throughout her community as a dedicated animal lover. Her adventurous spirit led her to explore the world through travel, always eager for the next journey or spontaneous adventure. Those who knew Jill would describe her as caring, resilient, spontaneous, energetic, eccentric, and above all, kind. Her vibrant personality and generous spirit left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jill is survived by her devoted daughter, Katrina Shoemaker and her husband Jesse; her cherished sister, Jane Agnew and her husband Blake; her beloved grandchildren, Bronson and Abigail; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will forever treasure their memories of her. A memorial service celebrating Jill's extraordinary life will be held on Sunday, August 24th at Bixby Freewill Baptist Church. Jill's legacy of love, kindness, and spontaneous joy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
