Jerry made a lifetime worth of memories in his short 32 years of life here on earth. Rarely would you ever see him without his beautiful smile, always so full of life & hope. He loved so much the family get together's and holiday's. He always had a smile or laugh to share. His passions included his daughter, OU college football, online gaming, hunting & fishing. Jerry was a man of strong convictions and faith.
This is shared by his friends.
Jerry loved his friends and family deeply and would do anything for them, he would always drop what he had going on to help if he could. He was someone you could always count on to show up. Jerry was very much an extrovert, always making sure that everyone he was around always had a great time no matter what they were doing. Jerry could be so stubborn and blunt, but he wasn’t afraid to say what needed to be said. Until you got to know him it made him seem a little rough around the edges, but it always came from the love he had and what he believed in. He loved his music and was stuck on Halle Berry for the longest time. Video games, lifting weights to get “big” haha and frequent wrestling matches, one resulting in a broken screen door at Ben’s place. Josh & Ben lovingly nicknamed him “Jerrbear” because he was just like a big ol’ teddy bear. He always said he hated being called that but deep down the boys thought he liked it. Jerry loved food! And would raid any leftovers. He loved keeping himself and his things neat & clean, almost OCD but it was the perfect way to mess with him. For example, on prom night he wore a white tux, then proceeded to eat an entire rack of BBQ ribs without getting a single drop of sauce hitting his tux! Jerry was an irreplaceable bright shining center to whomever he was around wherever that may be. Jerry will be missed dearly.
