Jackie Taylor Obituary
Visitation for Jackie Taylor will be held at RiverCrest Chapel on Thursday, May 2, 6-8 PM. Born February 18, 1955 in Kansas City, Kansas, Jackie was the daughter of Jack and Josephine (Warford) Witt. Raised and educated in her birth community, Jackie would also continue her education receiving an Associate's degree as a legal assistant from Brown Mackie College. It would be while in an A & P store that Jackie caught the eye of a young man named Lester Taylor. Lester was immediately smitten and quickly fell in love with Jackie. There's would certainly be a lasting relationship as the two have celebrated more than 47 years of marriage. Their life together began on August 5, 1971 in a Kansas City, Kansas wedding ceremony. With Lester serving in the military for over 20 years, the Taylor family has lived all over the world. While working outside the home, Jackie served as a legal assistant and inventory manager for supply companies. When she was at home, Jackie enjoyed gardening, taking care of her chickens and spoiling her grandchildren: Audrie Lynn and Dominic. Described as kind-hearted, Jackie was always one to forgive and to forget. Her passing is one that leaves a deep void in the hearts of her family. However, her legacy will continue to live on through those family members that survive. They include: her loving husband, Lester Taylor of the home; sons: Lester and Joshua Taylor; grandchildren: Audrie Lynn Taylor and Dominic Billim; siblings: Janet Lester, Donna Beaty and Marcie Mink.Jackie passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019 in Okmulgee. She was 64. She was preceded in death by: her parents and siblings: Terri McCoullough and Jimmy Witt.Visitation RiverCrest Chapel 13329 S. Memorial Dr. Bixby, Oklahoma 74008 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
