Ivan Courtney Evans' Obituary
Ivan Courtney Evans, 69, of Bixby, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2024. Born on April 12, 1955, Ivan was a lifelong resident of the area and a proud graduate of Jenks High School.
Ivan will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and zest for life. Whether he was riding his Harley, cheering on OU sports, or spending time at the casino, Ivan embraced every moment with enthusiasm. He cherished his family and friends deeply, always making time to connect and share in the joy of their company.
He is survived by his loving brother, Lyndon Evans; his beloved son, Courtney Evans; and his adored granddaughter, Allana Evans. Ivan also leaves behind many close friends who he considered his chosen family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Conny and Shirley Evans, whose memory he carried with him always.
At this time, there will be no formal memorial service, but Ivan's legacy of love and friendship will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His presence will be profoundly missed.
