Joyce Snider was born to Guiseppi “Joe” Tuccori and Edna Josephine Hicks May 25, 1933 in Verdi, Nevada. She is the middle child of five: Leo, Leada, Joyce, Larry and Lisa.She has worked for the Corps of Engineers, was the City Clerk of Brisbane, Santa Barbara and Santa Monica, all California cities and then she went into business for herself giving seminars and doing record management, including retention and destruction for cities in Alaska, California and Arizona.She served a mission to South Carolina for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and upon returning from her mission she went to work for the City of Broken Arrow in the planning department until she retired at age 80. Survived by three children: Janice Snider Gaylord and her husband, Wayne, Michael Snider and his wife, Susan, and Denise Snider, nine grandchildren: Becky Cruce, Mindy Gowan, Savannah West, Jennifer Johnson, Amy Antioquia, Kevin Gaylord, Faith Snider, Shea Snider and Sophie Snider, 22 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
