Irene B Bradshaw's Obituary
Irene Baker Bradshaw, 95, passed into heaven on May 25, 2024 in Broken Arrow, OK.
She was born on February 13, 1929, in Leonard, OK to Martin A. and Gracie M. Baker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, all of her brothers and sisters, her son, Tom Jr. "Brad", and her daughter, Laura.
Irene graduated from Bixby High School, Bixby, OK where she was voted "All-Around Girl", class of 1946. She was a member of Bixby Rebekah Lodge No. 101 I.O.O.F.
Irene retired from Ashland Chemical Co. after 35 years of service.
She played the piano all her life, loved traveling the world, fine arts, performing arts, and especially cooking for large family gatherings at her house. In her later years, she enjoyed going for a ride and eating out.
Irene is survived by daughters Brenda and Claudia, Grandchildren Erica, Adrienne, Dylan, Joseph, Trevor, and Emily, Great-grandchildren Marley, Eva, Liam, and Kaitlynn, and many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Irene will be forever loved and remembered as the family matriarch and the best Mother, Grandmother, and Great-grandmother ever!
The family will have a small private cremation ashes ceremony at her parent's gravesite.
