Helen Louise Carlyle, born Helen Louise Dabulski on September 4, 1944, in Berrien Springs, Michigan, peacefully passed away in her sleep on March 28, 2024, at the age of 79 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.Helen was known for her kind, gentle, child-like nature, always wearing a smile that brightened the room. She found joy in arts and crafts, especially painting and coloring, and cherished playing games with her loved ones. Family gatherings, holidays, and picnics held a special place in her heart. Helen had a strong faith and was a long time member of Osage Hills Christian Church in Tulsa, OK.As a dedicated homemaker, Helen poured her love and care into her family. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren run, play, and grow up, and meeting her first 6 great-grandchildren. She found solace in reading during her free time and treasured celebrating holidays, with the 4th of July being a particular favorite.Helen is survived by her children: Helen L Phillips of Tulsa, OK, J Elsie Perigo & husband Paul of Sand Springs, OK, Thomas K F & wife Mandy of Germany, and M Jill Jordan & husband George of Columbia, MO. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Samantha & husband Austin, Nikki & husband Jason, JD & wife Kayla, Johnny & wife Lainey, Summer, Karl, Isaiah, and Adreonna and 6 great-grandchildren: Charlie, Chassis, Rosie, Layla, Logan, and Gunner who each hold a very special place in her heart. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas S Carlyle, daughter Mary Lou Carlyle, mother Josephine M Brosius-Dabulski, father Bruno G Dabulski, sister Mamie M Dabulski-Sempert, and brother Raymond F Dabulski.A memorial service to honor and celebrate Helen's life will be held at a future date in Sapulpa at Arbor Village Nursing and Rehabilitation, her residence for the past 12 years.
