A graveside ceremony honoring Harold “Wayne” Lykins will be held 10 AM Friday, August 19, 2022 in the Bixby Cemetery. Viewing will be from 6-8 PM Monday, August 15 at Bixby-South Tulsa Funeral Service. Wayne passed away Wednesday evening, August 10, 2022 in Broken Arrow. He was 66 years old. Born February 29, 1956 in Tulsa, Wayne was the son of Harold Marine and Betty Pearl (Perry) Lykins. Wayne attended school in Broken Arrow prior to enlisting in the U.S. Army. He worked for many years as a butcher - also held a position with Braden Winch. Wayne enjoyed watching western movies and spending time with his friends at Maplewood in Tulsa. Laid back, loveable, and friendly are words that would best describe Wayne Lykins. May his memory remain in the hearts of all who loved him. Surviving family include his sister Kathy King and husband, Marty; nieces and nephews: Tommy Holland and wife, Brooke, Sarah Tilly and husband, Tom, Craig Watkins, Justin Lykins, Staci Towery and husband, Brad; and numerous great nieces and nephews.Wayne was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Wyvonna, brother Walter; and two nephews, Cristopher Watkins and Nathan Lykins.
