Interment follows in the Bixby Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 PM Tuesday at Bixby Funeral Service. Gina passed away Friday, June 19, 2020, in Tulsa at 50 years of age.Born March 1, 1970, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Gina was the daughter of Jim and Patricia (Samples) White. Her father’s work brought their family to Tulsa when Gina was four years old. She completed her schooling at the Moody Christian Academy. Mutual friends introduced Gina to Larry Davis, and the couple married soon after that on May 25, 2007, in Eureka Springs. Gina was a hard worker, always ensuring that the job was done right. She entered the healthcare field as a nurse’s aide in 2010 at Forrest Hills Nursing and Rehab in Broken Arrow. Within the first year of employment, she was promoted to Director of Admissions. Gina decided to care for her family full time in 2014. Gina loved her children dearly, and her grandchildren always remained her pride and joy. Family days when everyone came together were the happiest days of Gina’s life. She loved joking and “cutting up” with her boys while playing basketball together. Always a fan of basketball, Gina was a huge fan of the Tennessee Volunteers and Oklahoma City Thunder. She also loved the outdoors, particularly various plants and trees. While living in New Mexico, Gina and Larry enjoyed hiking, snow skiing, and most anything related to nature. She also loved writing in her journal, photography, and decorating her home with elephants. Not only did she work hard to give her “all” to others, but Gina also portrayed endless empathy and tried her hardest to carry everyone else’s pain. Her family and loved ones will not soon forget the impact she had on their lives. Surviving family members include her husband, Larry Davis; her parents, Jim White and Patricia Bowman; her children: Josh Kelley, Alex White and girlfriend, Summer Wilson, Derek Cooper and wife, Dreya, Ryan Savage, Callie Henry and husband Elisha, Casey Davis, and Cooper Davis; her beloved grandchildren: Sophia Cooper, Sage Henry, Bennett White, and Grace Cooper; her siblings: Jeff White, Lisa Remy and husband, Tim, and Henry, David, and Jessica White; and numerous nieces, nephews.Gina was preceded in death by her sister in law, Carolyn White.
