I knew Frank from our years together at Bixby Police Department. Frank was a good man, with a lifetime of service to others. Frank was a dedicated Mason, USAF veteran, and fellow amateur radio operator. Rest east, Frank. We have it from here. :(
I will always remember Frank for this reason. I was in my first week of driving after I turned 16 in 1997. I was speeding on memorial and he pulled me over at 121st by where the McDonalds is now. I was scared and thought my driving around days were already over. He gave me a verbal warning and said he'd be watching for me going forward. He really blessed me that day. RIP sir.
I’m at a loss of words, my heart just aches hearing of his passing. I will always remember Frank. He became a dear friend and mentor to me as my supervisor as one of the first Reserve Bixby Police officers for the department. Frank was a generous and caring person always helping such a shining light to so many lives. Truly a genuine humble servant for his fellow man. I’ll miss his kind words, the laughs but will forever cherish the memories and the touching impact he had on my life.
