Services to honor and celebrate the life of Eva Lou Harper will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at River Crest Chapel, Bixby. Burial will follow in the Bixby Cemetery. Eva passed away Saturday morning, March 9, 2019 in Tulsa. She was 83. Born October 25, 1935 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Eva was the daughter of the late Roy and Margaret McCormick Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Jesse Harper; her 2 sons, Steven Harper and Michael Harper; 2 brothers, Donald Jackson and Ronald Olson; and 1 sister, Caroline Jackson. Eva loved Nebraska football, crochet, puzzles, coffee, and enjoying the people around her, especially her family. Eva is survived by son and daughter-in-law, James Harper (Tanya) of Minsk; daughter, Carol Wright of Tulsa; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren; and brother and sister-in-law, Frank Olson (Judy) of Crawfordville, FL. She also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
