Ella Elizabeth Ingram passed away August 25, 2023 at her home in Tulsa. She was 79 years old. Service arrangements will be private. Born April 26, 1944 in Newfoundland, Canada, Ella was the daughter of Thomas Bond and Marion (Stead) Penney. Ella was raised in Newfoundland where she completed high school. Ella met Jerry Ingram, who was stationed at the local U.S. Air Force Base. The couple were married September 23, 1962 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Jerry preceded her in death December 21, 2021.Ella was a wonderful wife and mother. May her memory be eternal in the hearts of all who loved her.Surviving family include her two sons, Wade and Warren Ingram; his two sons, Wade T. and Warren G. Ingram; her grandchildren, Barrett and Kaylee; her brother, Randy Penney, sister, Kay Power; and two great grandchildren.
