Elizabeth Annette Creekmore's Obituary
Elizabeth Annette Creekmore, beloved sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa. She was 64 years old.
A 1979 graduate of Jenks High School, Annette dedicated her career to the field of commercial insurance, where she served in administrative roles for several well-known companies, including Coca-Cola, Spirit Airlines, and American Airlines. Her professionalism and strong work ethic earned her the respect of colleagues and friends alike.
Annette will be remembered for her warm heart, gentle spirit, and deep love for animals. She especially cherished her Lhasa Apso, Sissy, and found joy in simple pleasures like crafting, gardening, and tending to her favorite flowers-roses and azaleas. Springtime was especially meaningful to her, and she delighted in feeding the squirrels on her patio, always keeping peanuts ready for her little visitors.
Family was at the center of Annette's life. Even through her health struggles in recent years, she was known for her kindness, faith, and sweet nature. She took pride in her Choctaw Native American heritage and was a devoted woman of faith. Annette also had a lifelong love of music, with a special fondness for country and rock and roll.
She is survived by her brother, Bobby Pierce and his wife Donna; her sister, Anna Sexton and Brian; and her nieces and nephews: Jill Crank and husband Michael, Veronica Dearing and husband Corey, Chris Delcoure and wife Michele, Colt Pierce, and Leighann Price and husband Brett, along with their families. Annette was preceded in death by her parents.
Annette's legacy of faith, kindness, and love for life's simple joys will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
A funeral ceremony honoring Elizabeth Annette Creekmore will be held 11 AM Tuesday, September 30th in the Rivercrest Chapel. Viewing and visitation will commence at 10 AM.
