June Christiansen, a devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and lifelong Oklahoman, passed away on May 29, 2025, in Tulsa. She was 91 years old.
Born on December 19, 1933, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, June was the daughter of Louis and Opal Baker. Raised with strong values and a deep love for family, she carried those traits throughout her life.
June was the proud mother of four children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Carl Otis Christiansen, her youngest son, Micheal Christiansen, and her beloved parents. Her legacy continues through her surviving children: Patrick Christiansen and wife Connie of Rogers, Arkansas; Regena Revard of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Samie Lemon and husband Jim of Bixby, Oklahoma, her granddaughters Katy Marshall & husband Chris; Carrie Jones & husband Bradley; Lisa Lee & husband Jacob; and great grandchildren Wyatt Stepp, Trevor and Pete Hackler, Henry and Lucy Jones.
She is also survived by her sister, Linda Joyce Lee, and husband Robert.
June's greatest joy came from her family. She was lovingly surrounded by her three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren who brought laughter, light, and pride to her days. Her presence was a source of strength and comfort, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
The family will honor her life with a private service.
