Dennis Park Obituary
Dennis was born on November 9th, 1938 in Kansas City, KS to parents Alan Park and Phryne Hill Park. He attended Kansas City Public Schools until graduating in 1956 from Wyandotte High School.
He earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1961 where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
His professional life included the Young Management Program at Ford Motor Company in Kansas City, the Federal Reserve Bank in Kansas City and then Cessna Aircraft, which brought him to Tulsa in 1968. During that time, he received his private pilot license and enjoyed flying regionally around Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas.
Dennis became a CPA in 1973, passing all four parts of the exam at one time. His career in Tulsa included Selco Inc. and many years as Treasurer of Industrial Vehicles International from which he retired.
In 1990, he married the love of his life Anne Ellen Cooper. They enjoyed trips with the Tulsa Ski Club, swing dancing, attending OU-Texas games, traveling and time spent with dear friends and family.
Dennis passed peacefully at home on December 1, 2023.
He is survived by his wife Anne, daughters Cynthia Jones (Keith) Abby Perott (Brian) and grandchildren Madeline Jones, Sophie Jones, Braxton Perott and Allie Perott.
A memorial service will be held Friday, January 5th at 1pm in the chapel at Asbury Methodist Church.
