Coy Lynn Richardson's Obituary
Coy Richardson Obituary
Coy Richardson was born in rural Oklahoma to a humble farmer and loving homemaker; he was the second of two sons born into the Richardson family. Throughout his years in Oklahoma, he helped his father with the farm, attended school, and played on the football team. Upon graduating high school, he attended college for a short time before joining the military where his career in accounting was rooted. Soon into his military career he met the love of his life while stationed in Arkansas where they were married. They had three sons who all went to heaven too soon.Coy loved the Lord and enjoyed listening to southern gospel music and going to concerts with his wife. He was seen in church every week sitting on his pew and saying hello to all the folks. His kind heart, gentle spirit, and childlike ease was apparent in his demeanor. You could always expect a bear hug, silly joke, or an invite to watch westerns with him. Even as his health declined, his humor and love for others stayed true until the very end. He leaves behind many nieces, nephews, step brothers, and friends who will all miss him dearly. We are confident that Coy is whole once again and is celebrating in heaven with his Savior, family, and friends.A special thanks to the team at Grace Hospice for their wonderful care.
