Carol and I met at Frank Phillips College in Borger Tx. She was a member of Delta Sigma Psi when I was voted in my Freshman year. She later married Jim Phelps who was a former classmate as Stinnett High School . She was a sweet, sweet and person whom I enjoyed being around. My prayers and thoughts to Jim and family.
