Carol Ann Hasz's Obituary
In loving memory of Carol Ann Hasz, faithful servant of our Lord - March 22, 1946 to July 3, 2026.
Carol Ann Hasz was born in Dodge City, Kansas, to Charles F Ravenkamp and Lorraine E Ravenkamp. She passed away suddenly at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma to join her beloved husband Gary at their grand reunion in heaven. She was 80 years old.
Carol grew up with an amazing work ethic, cultivated by her hard working Dad, Charles Ravenkamp who was dedicated to farming on a large scale along with her sisters and brothers.
Carol attended Hugo High School in Hugo, Colorado, where she was dedicated to the marching band with the difficult skill of baton twirling, then later became a judge in major twirling contests.
It was at a VFW hall in Hugo, Colorado, that during a dance night, Carol met the love of her life, Gary Hasz. Realizing they were made for each other, they later married on September 27, 1963, also in Hugo.
Carol spent most of her first years supporting and taking care of their 3 children, Dennis, Danene, and Darren. She and Gary loved to take the whole family on many different trips to the mountains, going fishing, staying in cabins, riding motorcycles and seeing the beautiful landscape.
When her husband started the irrigation business, Carol assumed the important role of running the office.
After farming for several years, their destiny brought them to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they purchased the swimming pool business and added both sons to help run it. Carol was the office manager once again and juggled many tasks until she and Gary turned the business over to Darren to run it in its entirety.
Carol loved to read and study her Bible and other books, while always being involved in her children's and grandchildren's lives. She cherished her grandchildren and was always present for them. She loved Holidays and enjoyed setting up a feast for her family and anyone who wanted to join in the festivities.
Carol Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Jackie, and her beloved husband Gary.
She is survived by her sister Vivian Bartels, Brothers Stan and Lyle Ravenkamp, her three children; Dennis, Danene, and Darren, and their children (respectively) Kendra and Benjamin, Danene's Husband Chris Moulin and two sons, Michael Moulin and his wife Rebecca, their son - great grandson Elijah, Matthew Moulin and his wife Rachelle and great granddaughters Jessica and Faith, Darren's wife Stacy and daughter Jenna Swindell and husband Zachary, Luke Hasz and his wife Mary Jane, and Dylan Hasz. She also has numerous nieces and nephews across her large family. All deeply touched by her undying and unconditional love.
She will be sorely missed for her loving ways, her laughter, and strong convictions. Her legacy will live on in our hearts as we take comfort in the fact that she is back at her husband's side, enjoying the fruits of living a clean life and loving others no matter what.
