He was my Mothers Doctor while she was pregnant and helped deliver me on March 2nd 2012, a day early. I’m so sad I never got a second chance to meet him in person. My heart and condolences goes out to his family💐

Representing members of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Class of 1982, we are sad to have learned of Bruce's too-early demise. He was a great class member -- steady, reliable, grounded, and fun. We know he made great contributions to the health of women, and safely guided countless new lives into this world. Bruce was a year younger than us and graduated with the Class of 1973. The photo below was is his senior photo from the class yearbook, Many classmates remember him through his years growing up on the eastside of Enid and attending Adams Elementary, Longfellow Junior High and Enid High School. Bruce was a member of the Enid High Student Council, Honor Society, Delta Theta. Bruce's Enid friends and classmates extend their thoughts and prayers to the Splane Family.
