Barbara Ann (Morgan) Ingle was born November 14, 1949, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Raymond Morgan and Blanche (Bergstresser) Morgan. Barbara graduated from Memorial High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma and completed her bachelor's degree at University of Tulsa.For just under a decade, Barbara taught 4th grade at Sand Springs Public Schools. She used her love of learning, caring heart and boundless energy to inspire her students, creating memories and relationships that she would recall fondly for the rest of her life. Along with teaching, she became involved in many charity organizations around midtown Tulsa and was an avid member of the Junior League of Tulsa. Barbara served as the receptionist at Montessori Christian Academy while her two children, Andrew and Jeffrey, attended. Later, she was a fixture of parental support, clocking in countless volunteer hours at Grace Fellowship Christian School for nearly 12 years. Whether employed or volunteering, Barbara devoted her time and passion to the things that were important to her, especially her family and friends.Barbara was a devoted Christian who loved Jesus and enjoyed attending church. She found strength in reading the Bible and hoped to be a source of encouragement to all she met. Her true ministry was as a beacon of joy emblematized by her colorful attire and bubbly personality. In her later years, Barbara and Steve attended Life Church South Tulsa.Barbara loved people and could strike up a conversation with anyone she met, quickly turning a stranger into a friend. She was very proud of her city and enjoyed supporting local businesses. Barbara loved dogs, Midtown Tulsa, party planning, celebrities, the Hallmark channel, and colorful hair bows. However, Barbara's main interest was with her family and friends. She lovingly supported her husband through 50 years of marriage, was a fiercely caring and supportive mother, and a proud grandmother.Barbara passed away on March 10, 2024, at her Bixby home. She was 74.
