Traci Jo (Millen) Fullerton was born in Wichita, Kansas on July 12, 1950 and passed away at the age of 73 on October 29, 2023 in Haskell, Oklahoma. She was born to Darrell and Patsy (Travis) Millen and is preceded in death by her parents and her husband James Doug Fullerton.
Traci grew up in Mulvane and attended Mulvane High School-Class of 1968. She lived in the Mulvane and Derby, Kansas area until the passing of her husband Doug in 2014 when she moved to the Tulsa, Oklahoma area to be closer to her parents and her daughter's family. Professionally Traci worked at Boeing in Wichita, Kansas as a data analyst and she enjoyed many creative activities including journaling, flower arranging and painting. Traci loved listening to music and shared her favorite Spotify playlists with those around her. Anyone listening could be pulled into an impromptu dance party and have their mood lifted. She loved spending time with her 3 grandchildren and sharing stories.
Traci Fullerton was beloved by her family and friends. She wrote wonderful letters and text messages always conveying what was happening around her and recipients felt like they were experiencing it too. Her gentle spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her brother, Patrick Millen and sister, Tomi Horn, both of Tulsa, OK; son, Corey Lowrance of Dallas, TX; daughter, Toni (Mark) Kosir of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren; Rachel Kosir of New City, NY, Matt Kosir of Mt. Pleasant, MI, and Sam Kosir of Tulsa, OK.
A graveside service will be planned for a later date in Mulvane, KS.
