Bob also worked as a residential building contractor later in life, while also working in the business of home inspections. Bob aspired to become a pilot and took several aviation lessons during his lifetime. While living in Florida, he became a certified scuba diver. Bob’s favorite place on earth was Hawaii, where his cremated remains will be scattered in the Pacific Ocean by his family.

Freemasonry was an integral part of Bob’s life for many years. He was elected Worshipful Master of Pilgrim-Rock Lodge #522 in Tulsa, served as an active member of the Tulsa Scottish Rite, member of the Akdar Shriner’s, and was invited to become a member of the Royal Order of Jester’s Tulsa Court No. 47.
