Patty was born in Enid, OK. She was preceded in death by two sets of parents; Mother, Barbara and Dave Dearman; Father, Don Peckham and Jean. Patty was retired from the United States Postal Service after close to 20 years. Her husband said it best, "She was a lot of fun!" and her work family would agree. Patty was a beautiful wife, mother, Nana and friend to many. Patty's favorite pastime was caring for her fur babies, Daisy and Tiki. Anyone that knew Patty knew her love for her doggies.
Patty is survived by: her amazing husband and soul mate of 27 years, Mike Dowell of Bixby, OK; her children: Kendall Dowell (Melinda) of Wichita, KS; Kendra Crawford (Steve) of Cheney, KS; Erica Boone (Thaddeus) of Wichita, KS; Justin Dowell (Erin) of Mulvane KS; Justin Hailey of New Mexico; 20 Grandchildren, six Great-Grandchildren; Uncle, Dale Bowen of Springtown, TX; Sister, Sherrie Darosett (Gary) of Reed Springs, MO; Sister, Ritha Littell (Kelly) of Ada, OK. She is also survived by several dozen bonus kids, lots of nieces, nephews and other extended family.
When Henry said that Patty was the best, there have been no other better words.

Services will be on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Evidence Church 11135 W Kellogg Dr. Wichita, KS 67207. Viewing will be 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with a service following immediately.
