Laura Lee Brown was born February 18, 1969, in Venice, California. She was the daughter of Suzette (Ramey) Kilander. Laura would spend her early years in California. She would later make a move to Florida. Eventually, Tulsa, Oklahoma became her home.
An amazing mother to three children: Lacey, Matthew, and Joshua, Laura was made for this role. Extremely loyal and big-hearted are words that help to describe Laura's personality and there is no wonder why these attributes also made her a great friend to many!
Laura worked as a hotel manager and later stayed home to take care of her growing children and husband, Wayne. She was also quite fond of her animals and currently had a dog, Bella, and cat, Miko, whom she adored.
When she had spare time, Laura loved to read and express herself through art. She was especially gifted in sketching.
Laura will certainly be missed by those who are left to carry on her legacy. She passed from this life on Thursday, March 23, 2023 in Tulsa. She was 54.
She is survived by: her children: daughter, Lacey Brown; sons: Matthew Brown and Joshua Hale; husband, Wayne Hale; siblings: Sheri Snider, Tera Yedman, Christa Carr, James Kilander, and Brandon Briggs.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Suzette Kilander; a sister, Rebecca Mills and a brother, Robert "Bobby" Brown, Jr.
