Helen Lois Hydock

A graveside service honoring and remembering Helen Lois Hydock will be held 11 AM, Friday, November 17, 2023 at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery. Helen passed away Friday, November 4, 2023 in Tulsa. She was 93 years old.

Born August 19, 1930 in Belle Plaine, Iowa, Helen was the daughter of Stanley and Louella Wiley. Helen grew up in Elberon, Iowa on a farm where they raied grain, soybeans, grain, and a variety of crops. She graduated from high school in Keystone. Helen met David Hydock through mutual friends. The couple married June 1, 1957 in Des Moines.

Helen was employed by the Amareda Hess Comapny as an office administrator. She worked in the gas and oil industry for over 20 years. She enjoyed crocheting, making table runners for her family and friends. Helen was always know to be happy - and never complained about anything.

Surviving family include her husband of over 75 years, David Hydock; and her niece
niece, Nancy.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Ellsworth Wiley.
